Welcome to the Adifa Jahan Binte Alim Memorial Trust, a compassionate nonprofit organization founded in August 2022 by MD. Abdul Alim and Sumaia Jahan. This trust stands as a living tribute to their beloved daughter, Adifa, whose radiant innocence and beauty left an enduring impact. Tragically, Adifa succumbed to dengue fever on August 29, 2021, leaving an irreplaceable void in the hearts of her grieving parents.
In memory of Adifa, the Trust is dedicated to making a positive impact on vulnerable communities, with a particular focus on women, children, and the economically disadvantaged. Our mission is to uplift marginalized populations through comprehensive initiatives in education, healthcare, and empowerment. We strive to combat child labor, address health threats, provide crisis relief, and promote holistic development and women’s empowerment.
At the core of our efforts is a special focus on the education of the children of RMG workers, recognizing the importance of nurturing the next generation for a brighter future. The Trust emerged from the profound love and loss experienced by MD. Abdul Alim and Sumaia Jahan, transforming their grief into a powerful force for good. Established on August 25, 2022, the Adifa Jahan Binte Alim Memorial Trust stands as a testament to resilience, compassion, and the enduring legacy of a young life that left an indelible mark on the hearts of those who loved her. Join us in our journey to create positive change and honor Adifa’s memory through meaningful and impactful initiatives.
