The RMG Times report, published on Sunday, April 2, 2023, showcases the Adifa Memorial Trust’s empathetic actions for needy children during Ramadan. While Eid preparations occupy most, including shopping for new attire, numerous underprivileged kids view Eid’s joy as unattainable, unable to afford new clothing. The Adifa Memorial Trust, motivated to spread Eid joy, launched a significant effort to give iftar and new Eid outfits to orphans and disadvantaged children. This effort began with an event on April 1, 2023, at Narayanganj’s Chashara Railway Station, benefiting around fifty children from the “Red-Green Flag Sri Shubha Chandra Primary Children’s School,” in partnership with the local volunteer group “Prithibir Musafir.”

Mr. Abdul Alim, the Trust’s leader and executive, dedicated his time to these children, distributing iftar and new Eid garments, bringing immeasurable happiness to their faces. Mr. Alim discussed the daily challenges these children endure, highlighting their undimmed spirit, evident from their enthusiastic national anthem renditions. He gratefully acknowledged the anonymous benefactors whose contributions made the event possible.

The narrative also commends Mr. Sri Shubha Chandra, who established the school on a railway platform, offering these kids the chance to study outdoors. Mr. Alim pointed out the disparity in how society’s well-off focus on their progeny’s future, overlooking the plight of the less fortunate. He vowed that the Adifa Memorial Trust would persistently back such commendable causes.
